Yoga For Hurricane Relief
Sunday, October 6th, 9:30 AM — 10:30 AM

Join us this Sunday for a 60-minute yoga class in the park, where we’ll come together to support those in need in Western NC. Bring an item from the list above or a monetary donation to help Manna Food Bank provide crucial supplies to those facing hardship.

Plus, this class counts towards your October Extravaganza points—so if you missed the first one, you can still get in!

Ready to try something new? Awaken your human animal under the morning skies!

️Join Nova Yoga Alumni Katina Gad for a one-hour @animalflowofficial pop-up class and come get primal with us. No prior experience with animal flow is needed - this event is perfect for beginners!

What is Animal Flow?

Animal Flow is derived from many practices, including yoga, breakdancing, jiu-jitsu, parkour, modern dance, and gymnastics. It includes a range of movements that, when combined, make up a flow.

Full Moon Flow

Join Nova Yoga Alumni Tina Idhammar, to honor the rhythms of nature, tap into the lunar energy, restore your body and clear your mind. 

This special Full Moon Yoga Flow will help cultivate balance and calmness, at the same time replenish your energy.

We end the practice with a guided meditation under the magical energy of the Full Moon

Join Seneca McCue for a fun flow! In this dynamic yoga class, we’ll dive deep into the world of arm balances, focusing on building the strength, flexibility, and balance required to take flight. Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to refine your practice, I will guide you through key postures, preparatory poses, and techniques to safely explore poses like Crow, flying split, flying lizard and more! With an emphasis on alignment and mindful movement, you'll gain confidence as you progress toward mastering these challenging yet exhilarating poses.

Halloween Glowga

Join Katina Gad for a unique and unforgettable yoga experience under the stars. This Glowga class combines traditional yoga poses with the fun and vibrant energy of glow sticks.
