RESERVATION POLICIES:

Your spot is guaranteed as soon as you place your deposit!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All deposits are not refundable, but can go towards another retreat within one year. Remainder of payment for retreats is non-refundable. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We can accommodate for injuries that prevent guests from being able to do moderate/strenuous hikes by offering second choice activities or hikes. If you have any injuries that limit your physical activity, please let us know. In addition, we can accommodate for various diets including Gluten-free, Dairy-free,vegan and vegetarian. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions!
