1. Flow into Fall
Tuesday, October 1st, 6:15-7:15pm
We invite you to Flow into Fall with us and find community through connection.
Join Nova Yoga Alumni, Conner Burke, in welcoming the cooler weather with a 60 minute vinyasa class. This outdoor class will encourage participants to hone into how their body feels by practicing presence. There will be a longer guided meditation at the end of class to help folks find contentment in change.
Our hope is that by connecting as a community we can provide a reminder that support surrounds us. This class will take place during sunset so bring light layers to join you in savasana!
2. Sunrise Yoga
Monday, October 7, 7-8 am
Start your week off with a refreshing sunrise yoga class led by Nova Yoga alumni Jessica Rose!
Join us in the serene beauty of the park for a flow that embraces the early morning calm.
Discover the benefits of starting your day early—boost your mood, enhance focus, and let’s set a positive tone to the day ahead.
All levels are welcome! Bring your mat and water.
3. Animal Flow Class
Saturday, October 12th 10-11am
Ready to try something new? Awaken your human animal under the morning skies!
️Join Nova Yoga Alumni Katina Gad for a one-hour @animalflowofficial pop-up class and come get primal with us. No prior experience with animal flow is needed - this event is perfect for beginners!
What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is derived from many practices, including yoga, breakdancing, jiu-jitsu, parkour, modern dance, and gymnastics. It includes a range of movements that, when combined, make up a flow.
4. Full Moon Flow
Thursday, October 17th, 6-7pm
Join Nova Yoga Alumni Tina Idhammar, to honor the rhythms of nature, tap into the lunar energy, restore your body and clear your mind.
This special Full Moon Yoga Flow will help cultivate balance and calmness, at the same time replenish your energy.
We end the practice with a guided meditation under the magical energy of the Full Moon.
5. Flow and Fly
Tuesday, October 22nd, 6-7pm
Join Seneca McCue for a fun flow! In this dynamic yoga class, we’ll dive deep into the world of arm balances, focusing on building the strength, flexibility, and balance required to take flight. Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to refine your practice, I will guide you through key postures, preparatory poses, and techniques to safely explore poses like Crow, flying split, flying lizard and more! With an emphasis on alignment and mindful movement, you'll gain confidence as you progress toward mastering these challenging yet exhilarating poses.
6. Halloween Glowga
Thursday, October 31st, 7-8 pm
Join Katina Gad for a unique and unforgettable yoga experience under the stars. This Glowga class combines traditional yoga poses with the fun and vibrant energy of glow sticks. As darkness falls, we'll light up the park with a mesmerizing display of colorful lights while moving through a series of gentle, flowing sequences.
Costumes or neon colors are encouraged.
