Nova Yoga Teacher Training is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Throughout this program, we'll peel back the layers of yoga and connect them to our modern world. You'll gain the tools to guide others on their journey while becoming your highest and best self. We'll delve into ancient philosophies, modern movement concepts, anatomy, and unlock the power of your authentic voice. Plus, learn to lead a life anchored in your powerful heart center.

We are committed to empowering novices to become professional leaders and memorable teachers. Our unique approach combines the best of both worlds: four weekends spaced out by a few weeks, followed by an intensive two-week deep dive into the practice, culminating in a graduation ceremony on the serene shores of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

You will be provided a professional in depth manual with everything you need to know.

Your lead teachers have traveled the globe to train and teach yoga. They provide you a unique and transformative experience that is unparalleled. Each of them is a E-RYT 500 certified instructor, which is the highest accreditation given by the Yoga Alliance.

How Supernova Will Work

This is a 4-month hybrid training where each session covers important topics that illuminate exactly what you've been missing in standard yoga classes and how to master the ancient wisdom and tools of yoga to allow the emergence of your most authentic, harmonious, and confident self.

4 weekends in Raleigh (Dec 14/15, Jan 11/12, Feb 8/9, March 8/9)

Located in the studio above Raleigh Raw Cafe

Learn the philosphy and historical texts of yoga so that you can begin to integrate ancient wisdom into your daily life, in the company of like-minded locally based community.

2 week intensive in Guatemala (March 29- April 12, 2025)

The fastest and most fun way to immerse yourself in yoga. Learn through experiencing the practice without the distractions of modern life, surrounded by the heart of nature in breathtaking landscapes of Lake Atitlan.

This is a comprehensive overview of yoga that goes far beyond the poses. We leave no stone unturned all the way back to yoga’s ancient roots. Expect to get a high-level view of all that you will continue to learn in a lifetime of practice.
